Alternatively, you can return the item at your own expense via post or parcel carrier, and we will credit the goods upon receipt. If the item is a Hillcroft stock item, we charge a £10 collection fee. If you wish to return an item that you ordered by mistake or no longer require, it must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. We will investigate the issue and rectify it at our own cost. If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the goods. If this is not possible then we will happily dispatch your order free – whatever its size! Please note that some larger items of equipment may still incur a delivery charge especially if you require delivery to anything other than the ground floor – we will advise you what these charges may be as soon as we receive your order.
Delivery is FREE on any order size or amount however to maintain our high level of service and to cover our costs, we do ask that you try and make your order above £75 excluding VAT.
